Shredded Beef & Nopalitos Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (30-ounce) jar DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos, drained
  • 8 ounces cooked and shredded beef brisket
  • 1 cup chopped tomatoes
  • ¼ cup sliced serrano chilies
  • ½ cup julienned red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 6 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, place nopales and beef.
  2. Add tomatoes, onion, chilies and cilantro.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and lemon juice.
  4. Mix well. Let rest 10 minutes before serving.
