Salsa Verde Shrimp Street Tacos

Ingredients
- 6 CHI-CHI’S® Street Taco Style Flour Tortillas
- 1-pound shrimp, cooked
- 1 cup CHI-CHI’S® Salsa Verde
- Cooking spray
- Salsa Verde Crema
SALSA VERDE CREMA
- 1/2 cup CHI-CHI’S® Salsa Verde
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper
TOPPINGS
- 1 cup sliced cabbage
- 1/2 cup pickled red onions
- 1/2 cup crumbled Cotija cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
Directions
- Add shrimp and CHI-CHI’S® Salsa Verde to resealable bag and toss to coat shrimp. Let shrimp marinate in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- In food processor (or blender), add Salsa Verde Crema ingredients and blend until a smooth sauce forms (about 1 minute). Set sauce aside.
- Coat medium skillet with cooking spray. Over medium-high heat, cook shrimp 2 minutes per side. Remove from pan, remove tails and chop shrimp.
- Add about 1/4 cup of shrimp to a CHI-CHI’S® Street Taco Style Flour Tortilla, then add toppings and Salsa Verde Crema. Repeat with remaining 5 tortillas.
