Mexican Rice with Salsa and Green Chiles

Ingredients
- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 1 (16-ounce) jar CHI-CHI’S® Black Bean & Corn Salsa Mild
- 3 tablespoons CHI-CHI’S® Diced Green Chiles
- 1 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Rinse rice thoroughly.
- In a 3-quart saucepan, combine rice, salsa, chiles, water and salt.
- Bring to a boil, then lower heat to low, cover and allow to simmer for 15-20 minutes until rice is fluffy.
- Add additional salt to taste if necessary and garnish with chopped cilantro or green onions.
