Mexican Cheese Ball
Our flavor packed cheese ball is an easy recipe, great for entertaining. We used CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning, CHI-CHI’S® Salsa, onions, jalapeños and cheese.

Ingredients
- 16-ounces cream cheese, softened
- 16-ounces corn, drained
- 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
- 4-ounces diced jalapeños, drained
- 1/3 cup chopped cilantro, separated
- 1/4 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
- 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning Mix
- Salt and pepper
- 8-ounces cheddar cheese, shredded, separated
SERVE
Directions
- In large bowl combine all ingredients and 1 1/2 cups of shredded cheese and half of cilantro.
- Form into ball and wrap tightly in saran wrap. Refrigerate 2 hours.
- Remove wrap and roll cheese ball in remaining cheese and cilantro. Set on serving plate and chill in refrigerator until serving.
- Serve with CHI-CHI’S® Classic Tortilla Chips.
