Lasagna Enrollada Con Nopales
Two cultures on the same plate. Give a twist to the classic lasagna by adding our delicious DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- ½ cup onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup tomato, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 (30-ounce) Jar DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos, chopped
- 8 sheets of lasagna
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 cup bechamel sauce
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Directions
- Heat oven to 400º F.
- In medium skillet, over medium heat, add oil, onion, and garlic. Sautee until translucent.
- Increase heat, add tomato, and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos. Cook for 8 minutes, and reserve.
- In large pot, boil water, add lasagna sheets and follow lasagna package instructions.
- Remove lasagna and place on a damp cloth.
- Add DOÑA MARÍA® Nopalitos mixture to lasagna and roll.
- In medium baking dish, pour tomato sauce until base is covered.
- Place lasagna rolls in baking dish.
- Top with bechamel sauce and Parmesan cheese.
- Place baking dish inside oven and bake for 20 minutes, until cheese is golden brown.
