- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 1/2 cups LA VICTORIA® Red Enchilada Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 7-ounces LA VICTORIA® Diced Green Chiles
- 1/2-pound bacon, cooked and chopped
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and sliced
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 12-pack slider buns
BUTTER MIXTURE
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- Heat olive oil in medium saucepan, cook ground beef and onion over medium-high heat until browned. Remove excess grease. Add garlic and cook 1 minute.
- Stir in tomato paste, LA VICTORIA® Red Enchilada Sauce, Worcestershire, ketchup, water, brown sugar, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer, stirring occasionally.
- While beef mixture simmers, make butter mixture. Combine ingredients in small bowl.

- To beef mixture, add LA VICTORIA® Diced Green Chiles and bacon.
- Evenly spread beef mixture onto bottom half of rolls. Add jalapeño slices and top with cheddar cheese.
- Place other bun half on top. Brush tops of buns with butter mixture.
- Place in oven and bake for 15-18 minutes or until the top buns are slightly crisp and the cheese is fully melted.
