Hot Layered Dip

With the bold taste of our HERDEZ® Roasted Salsa Roja, we layered up this dip and heated it to perfection. Packed with flavor and ready in 25 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 9-ounces bean dip
  • 12-ounces sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded chicken
  • 1 cup HERDEZ® Roasted Salsa Roja Medium
  • 15-ounces corn, drained
  • 8-ounces diced green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, separated

SERVE

  • Tortilla chips

GARNISH

  • Cotija crumbles
  • Fresh jalapeño slices
  • Sliced green onions
  • Sliced radishes

Directions

  1. In medium bowl, combine sour cream and taco seasoning, set aside.
  2. In medium bowl, combine chicken, HERDEZ® Roasted Salsa Roja Medium and 1 cup cheese.
  3. In shallow, medium casserole dish, evenly layer bean dip, sour cream mixture, chicken mixture, corn, green chiles and cheese.
  4. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.
  5. Serve with tortilla chips.
