Peanut Butter and Jelly with Bananas Quesadilla

Ingredients
- 1 CHI-CHI’S® Burrito Style Flour Tortilla
- 1/2 medium banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon SKIPPY® peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon of your favorite jelly
Directions
- Spread the SKIPPY® peanut butter and jelly onto the center of the CHI-CHI’S® Burrito Style Flour Tortilla.
- Place the banana slices on top of the peanut butter and close tortilla corners over filling to form a square, pressing gently.
- Coat a clean skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-low heat until hot. Toast 1 to 2 minutes per side.
