Chickpea and Chorizo Tostadas

Ingredients
- 1/4 cup LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
- 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 6 tostadas
- 9-ounces pork chorizo
- 1/2 onion, diced
- 7-ounces garbanzo beans (chickpeas), drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons chipotle chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crumbled Queso Fresca
- 2 cups chopped lettuce
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce
Directions
- In small bowl, combine LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce, Greek yogurt and sour cream and lime juice. Set aside.
- In medium saucepan, cook chorizo and onions for 8-10 minutes over medium-high heat. Set aside.
- In same pan, heat olive oil, cook chickpeas and seasonings for about 4 minutes until toasted.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce mixture onto each tostada. Add chorizo mixture, chickpeas and Queso Fresca to each tostada.
- Top with lettuce, cilantro, and LA VICTORIA® SALSA BRAVA® Hot Sauce.
