Chicken Taco Poppers
Bursting with flavor, these Chicken Taco Poppers are a fun and easy appetizer or snack!

Ingredients
- 25-ounces refrigerated pizza dough, rolled out, cut into 30 squares
- 1 cup shredded chicken
- 4-ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning
- 1/3 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
- 3/4 cup cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
SERVE
- CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
- Guacamole
Directions
- In medium bowl, combine chicken, cream cheese, CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning, CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium and cheddar cheese.
- Spoon equal parts onto each pizza dough square. Close each square by tightly pressing together each corner, forming a ball. Place on parchment lined baking sheet, seam side down.
- Bake 425° for 12-16 minutes. While they bake, combine butter, garlic and cilantro in small bowl.
- Remove poppers from oven and brush with butter mixture.
- Serve with CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium and guacamole.
