CHI-CHI'S® Breakfast Stack
Level up your breakfast the CHI-CHI’S® way! Stack layers of hash browns, chorizo, salsa, cheese and top it off with a fried egg. This breakfast recipe can be ready in 15 minutes!

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup shredded hash browns
- 3/4 cup pork chorizo, browned
- 2 eggs, cooked over easy
- 2 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium
Directions
- Using a 1 cup measuring cup, add half of chorizo, and then half of hash browns, pressing down firmly.
- Carefully flip the measuring cup over onto plate and lift up. Top the stack with half of cheese, one egg each and half CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa Medium.
- Repeat process and garnish both stacks with cilantro.
