Avocado Cilantro Salmon Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 5-ounces salmon
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup cooked cilantro lime rice
- 1/4 cup HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa
- 1/3 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1/3 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 avocado, diced
- 1 green onion, diced
GARNISH
- Drizzle HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Avocado Cilantro
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon black sesame seeds
Directions
- In small saucepan, over medium-high heat, heat olive oil and cook salmon, skin side down first 5-10 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Layer rice in shallow bowl, add salmon and drizzle HERDEZ® Guacamole Salsa over top. Add beans, pineapple, avocado and green onions.
- Garnish with HERDEZ TAQUERIA STREET SAUCE® Avocado Cilantro, cilantro and black sesame seeds.
