Air Fried Chicken Fajitas

Ingredients
- 1-pound chicken tenders
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 packet CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning, separated
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow onion, sliced
SERVE
- CHI-CHI’S® Fajita Style Tortillas
- Rice
- CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa
- Sour Cream
Directions
- In medium bowl combine chicken, olive oil and half of CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning packet. Mix until all chicken tenders are evenly coated.
- Add chicken to air fryer. Layer peppers and onions on top and season with remaining CHI-CHI’S® Taco Seasoning.
- Air fry at 375° for 8-10 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and reaches internal temperature of 165°.
- Serve with CHI-CHI’S® Fajita Style Tortillas, rice, CHI-CHI’S® Thick & Chunky Salsa and sour cream.
