Ahi Tuna Stacks with Spicy Mayo

Stack up your ahi tuna and drizzle it with our spicy mayo for a fresh and easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients

 

GARNISH

  • Sliced green onions
  • Crispy wontons
  • Black sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Place ahi tuna in medium bowl and add ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Let marinate 10 minutes.
  2. Using a 2-cup measuring cup, layer 1/2 cup ahi tuna, 2-ounces avocado and 1/2 cup rice. Pack each layer tightly. Carefully flip over onto plate. Repeat process 3 more times.
  3. Drizzle equal parts LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo over each stack.
  4. Garnish with green onions, crispy wontons and sesame seeds.
