Ahi Tuna Stacks with Spicy Mayo
Stack up your ahi tuna and drizzle it with our spicy mayo for a fresh and easy lunch or dinner.

Ingredients
- 2 cups ahi tuna, diced into small cubes
- 3 tablespoons ponzu sauce
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil
- 2 cups white rice, cooked
- 8-ounces WHOLLY® Diced Avocado
- 1/3 cup LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo
GARNISH
- Sliced green onions
- Crispy wontons
- Black sesame seeds
Directions
- Place ahi tuna in medium bowl and add ponzu sauce and sesame oil. Let marinate 10 minutes.
- Using a 2-cup measuring cup, layer 1/2 cup ahi tuna, 2-ounces avocado and 1/2 cup rice. Pack each layer tightly. Carefully flip over onto plate. Repeat process 3 more times.
- Drizzle equal parts LA VICTORIA® Spicy Mayo over each stack.
- Garnish with green onions, crispy wontons and sesame seeds.
